Yo! It's Fredman! Do people even read these things???

This album is really special to me. I haven't released a brand-new full length in 2 whole years. Quite a bit has happened.

I originally recorded all the songs on my iPhone, with intentions to release those demos as "Dad's On Dope". I sent a few of the tracks to sham and he replied, "Yo! We have to record these FOREAL!!!". We spent the next month or so, linking up once a week and re-recording all the joints + making new stuff. Me and sham also mixed the whole shit ourselves. We ended up with this.

I don't really know what this album is about. Lots of things. The usual I suppose. Growing pains. Substances. Connections. Fatherhood. Adulthood. We're all the same. We're all fucked up. We all got shit.

We've all witnessed the drunk uncle (or aunt/cousin/parent/etc.) wilding out at Thanksgiving when you go home for the holidays! But sometimes YOU'RE the drunk uncle at thanksgiving! hahahaha
